I was very happy with the total experience. Everyone that I spoke with made sure that they explained everything and that I had no questions. I would definitely recommend Modern Collision to anyone who needs repairs.

This shop always does a great job, whether it be body work or mechanical - i have never been disasstisfied. On the body work if your insurance company balks at a cost that might exceed their estimate, you should look at the reviews of the other shops they recommend. There is a reason other folks can be cheaper; they don't do as good a job. better to have it done right the first time than keep going back on the have the paint finish off.

Had a tire pressure warning light on, and a nearby auto garage was not able to help me out. Modern Collision took a look, filled up the tires, confirmed it wasn't a flat, and sent me on my way. Quick and easy, and they took time out of their busy day to help out. Would recommend!

As always the Modern Collision team were helpful, courteous and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on at all stages of a very strange issue - Suburban dropping out of gear going round corners! They took the time to research the issue and called me several times along the way to keep me in the loop as to what was going on. Micah even called my extended warranty company and did his best to persuade them that the problem was covered - sadly it was not. They are a great team.
