My 14 year old car was scratched and dented and dirty. I stopped at Modern Collision to ask what they could do to help restore some dignity to this trusted friend. We checked it out, talked about options and, within days, they had me drop it off. The scratches and dents were repaired and the detail work interior and exterior was extraordinary! Excellent body work was done on my car, and I was surprised by the washing and detailing of the car, delivered to me in sparkling condition--a very nice bonus! A shout-out to Andrew, who handled all the paperwork most efficiently. I was most appreciative of his communication with me and the insurance company, which saved me a lot of time. The team quickly diagnosed the source of the error codes I was getting on my 2018 BMW 330e, and were able to get the replacements part from BMW earlier than predicted. I'm very glad to have found a repair shop where I can take my car for both maintenance and repairs.
