Again, simple oil change, but flexibility and accommodation for customer's needs and schedule. Too many donuts, however.

Everything great except some paint coverups that were not great and automatic rear door opener not working but I was told it couldn’t be helped Everyone was so nice & helpful and courteous.

The alternator was not properly charging the battery. Also the battery cable terminal on the negative side needed replacement. I was able to schedule the repair within a few days. Service repair done within that morning. I enjoyed the on-line updates where service tech updated diagnostics and I could approve in real time. Thank You! Vern Nakata
