I did not go to Modern Collision by choice, my parked car got hit on accident and the driver did the right thing and left me a note. I will tell you dealing with insurance sucked but Modern Collision was great. They got 90% of the cost covered, as they were not the preferred garage of the insurance company. I choose to pay the small balance instead of starting over at a different garage. They had a loaner car for me and my car came back fixed and cleaner than it went in. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

My husband and I are very appreciative of Modern Collision for continuing to maintain our 2003 Ford Focus, despite its well-deserved moniker of 'Orca Jane: Car of Mysteries'. They have so far managed to locate parts which need replacing, and have understood her delicate constitution having been used as a surf van in Hawaii in a previous life. Working with Rico and team to schedule and fix is easy, and we are grateful to have this wonderful resource for this worthy car. The body work done was superlative, and we benefit from their timely recommendations as well as their estimates that we still have miles left on, say, brakes or tires. We trust Modern Collision with both of our cars.

They did a nice job diagnosing a coolant leak in our Mini and made a quick turnaround of a fussy replacement of the thermostat housing that was causing the leak. Excellent communication during the whole process.
