Our 2003 Passat developed a serious engine problem which rendered it virtually undriveable. The technician at Modern Collision identified and fixed the problem, more inexpensively than we had anticipated. Your terrific service advisor, Fred, was communicative, informative and helpful throughout the process.

The only thing I didn't like was the long wait to get my car in. But that's because they are so good, everyone wants to be worked on! Gorgeous job, can't see even a hint of damage.

thrilled with the results. had "best as can" job on both front fenders of highlander due to scuffs and dent navigating narrow garage opening. looks about 98% like new for a fraction of what i thought it would cost. could not be happier. definitely will return to fix up more nicks, scratches, and minor dents as they occur.
