I have always been pleased with the service and quality of Modern Collision. It is comforting to know there is a well qualified and dependable automotive service on Bainbridge Island. Servicing and obtaining parts for a 1970 vintage car has been a challenge until I began to use Modern Collision.

Modern Collision did an excellent job from estimate to return of my vehicle, as they always have done. They are efficient, friendly, businesslike and very clear about everything. Tawnya did such a great job explaining the OEM vs aftermarket part situation, and she kept me abreast of the insurance reimbursement/co-pay/client responsibility situation. The car was beautifully and completely repaired and DETAILED before I got it back! A snowstorm slowed up the repair process, but they were able to keep me informed and get the car back to me in time for my departure.

I find the staff at Modern Collision very professional, courteous and service-oriented. They did a great job repairing the damage from an accident, and arranged for a rental vehicle to use while the work was done. What a great surprise to find our car so clean inside and out!
