Modern Collision did an excellent job from estimate to return of my vehicle, as they always have done. They are efficient, friendly, businesslike and very clear about everything. Tawnya did such a great job explaining the OEM vs aftermarket part situation, and she kept me abreast of the insurance reimbursement/co-pay/client responsibility situation. The car was beautifully and completely repaired and DETAILED before I got it back! A snowstorm slowed up the repair process, but they were able to keep me informed and get the car back to me in time for my departure.
