Someone ran into our brand new Lucid in the grocery store parking lot, and we were told we would have to go all the way to Bellevue for repairs. Luckily we stopped in to Modern Collision before making that trek, and they were able to fix the dent and scratches perfectly. Work was excellent and the service was quick, we really appreciate the fact that they are here on the island to help us!!

Chuck diagnosed the problem (car leaking rain into cabin) over the phone. He said they could fix it for $50. Best estimate ever!

Talk about FAST customer service! I pulled in after experiencing a horrible grating noise while trying to drive. It had resolved right before I brought my car in, after I heard a loud "ping". I thought I'd better have things checked out in case there was something obviously wrong. They got my car up on the lift within 15 minutes of me pulling in, and 10 minutes later told me it all checked out fine and that it was most likely a rock that had been lodged between my rotor and brake pad. Great service guys, and thanks so much!

MC was able to locate my replacement window which had been discontinued. Great job - transportation from and to pick up my car was very convenient.

Had some corrosion damage to my transmission cooler that required some significant work. They finished it on schedule and under estimate even with an additional radiator repair they noticed while they were in there. Fred at the front desk communicates well and there were no surprises (other than the radiator). It’s important to me to have price and schedule predictability. The truck is running great.
