My name is Stephanie McCleary and I am an HR Director. Being in this position I have worked with many types of employees over the years. It is rare to find an employee that is willing to go the extra mile without being asked, takes pride in the company they work for and has great customer service skills. You have one of these employees at Modern Collision, Stacy Ritch. I live in Chimacum Washington and have known Stacy for a few years. He is always willing to help me with my car issues and will trade cars with me to take my car to his place of work to get the issue fixed. This is a tremendous service because it would be difficult for me to get it to Bainbridge Island with my work schedule. Recently we had an issue where both my husband and my car received body damaged. Stacy took pictures pf the damage and worked directly with my insurance company to make arrangements for Modern Collision to do the work. He first took my husbands car. Stacy called me and said we needed new tires as well. He helped me find what I needed so that I just had to order and have them shipped to your business. Then he researched because he thought there was a warranty issue on the transmission in our car that was set to expire in November. We had no idea. He called the dealer for us and informed them the car was under warranty and needed to be fixed. This extension of his service saved us thousands of dollars. For my car, Stacy came and cut a piece out of my bumper to match the paint color to reduce the shop time to one day. Stacy picked up my car and left me his truck for the day during the repair. He makes it so easy for us to access Modern Collision. I completely trust that the work will be done to perfection and the price will be fair and not inflated. I know that Stacy is not just helping me out. I know many people in this community that Stacy has helped out the same way in order to bring business to your company. I have no doubt that Stacy extends this same service to all customers at Modern Collision. He is a rare find!
