With the complexity of newer cars the methodology of verifying base issue with speed and accuracy saves all parties time and establishes trust in the solution. And, when it is discovered that the subject failure point is not the culprit, there is no hesitation in sharing the new path and getting it taken care of. eg; computer readout specifically identified exact part to replace, but then the mice fooled the scanner. Change of directions was communicated and auto was delivered performing better than ever. I will continue to utilize their shop for all auto needs.

They just would not give up. It took a month or so to find the obscure piece for my almost antique Honda insight. But they found one somewhere back in the Midwest. They bought it and got it and installed it, and so the poor old car looks good again. Cheerful people, nice work, and more than reasonable pricing. Good people, good neighbors.
