Chuck went over a very detailed explanation of what my 22 year old Lexus needed on its 90K shop visit, to include some items not on the factory list but of some safety importance. During the work, as other issues arose, he kept me up to date and involved in the decision making process. It was all very professional, the final charge was right on the estimate and the car drives and sounds like new!
