The usual excellent service I have come to expect over a couple decades. All the staff are friendly. Aaron looked at my car explained exactly what he could fix and what he could touch up. Gave a solid estimate, an appointment and the work was done. I thought the car looked amazing! A bunch of scratches were buffed out and where I bumped into the yellow posts at the dump was gone! The car looked like new. I don’t go anywhere else for body work. Even when a previous car was totaled they helped me with what to discuss with the insurance company! Never had any even slightly negative experience!

I asked Modern Collision to touch up a few areas of my Honda Fit that had undergone scratches and scrapes and they not only agreed to doing for me but also had a car I could rent which I only needed for half a day and the rent was quite reasonable! My car was ready for me by 1PM when I could return from a work commitment to pick it up. I just don't know of any place else where there is such personal service and where a collision shop will bother with these smaller jobs. I checked with one collision shop that only would do the big jobs covered by insurance and don't even know if they would be any help with transportation while my car would have been in the shop...as far as I am concerned, Modern Collision is Number 1!

We were on a time crunch with a road trip coming up. The team worked their magic and had our car repaired in a couple of weeks. They did a great job working with our insurance too. They finished with a car wash and detailing. The only thing missing was a giant bow on top.

Great management and crew! Good communicators all and love the photos of work in progress. Items neglected by former mechanics were life threatening and all caught and corrected by Modern Collision. I like having a project manager available that connects mechanic and customer, Modern has the best front office person that makes sure the phones are answered. They make it easy to get there and back with new cars at low rate to customers. Micah has a great reputation on the island and now I know why. Thanks guys, good to be back! Woody
