Excellent job detailing inside and out. Friendly people.

We were on a time crunch with a road trip coming up. The team worked their magic and had our car repaired in a couple of weeks. They did a great job working with our insurance too. They finished with a car wash and detailing. The only thing missing was a giant bow on top.

Great management and crew! Good communicators all and love the photos of work in progress. Items neglected by former mechanics were life threatening and all caught and corrected by Modern Collision. I like having a project manager available that connects mechanic and customer, Modern has the best front office person that makes sure the phones are answered. I have lived on Bainbridge Island since 1968. Rarely have I needed body work on my car. Modern Collision was highly recommended by my mechanic and numerous friends who have echoed the same high praise. Pat Kelly met with me, professionally evaluated and clearly related what repair was needed and the importance of specific repairs. He also gave an accurate date for ength of time to do the the job. He answered all off my questions, gave me approximate costs and gave me information on contacting my insurance company. What also truly impressed me was how well the staff works as a team, their listening skills and their giving me clear understanding of all related issues. I felt no pressure, was struck by their genuine kindness, honesty and first rate service. I trust Modern Collision explicitly and highly recommend this company.
