Very nice. Thorough and the car was washed. Polite, even enthusiastic service. I always feel confident that MC has done what they have outlined on the bill, and that they are taking extra care with my car.

Work done as promised with no complaints. Good observation on part of mechanic revealed that water pump was failing and needed replacement which prevented untold inconvenience in the future. Received call at home when car was ready. Good all around job

We always have a positive experience with the staff at Modern Collision Rebuild. Whether it is a major repair or maintenance to an ordinary oil change, they are experts and explain what they have done or need to do to our vehicles. We always take our car and truck to them.

Quick oil change. They gave me a ride to my office in ther shuttle so that I did not loose any work time while car was being worked upon. They also cleaned my dirty car. Most excellent!

Wonderful, "go-the-extra-mile" service. I trust these people implicitly. The friendliness of all the staff is the icing on the cake.

You guys really are a class act! I couldn't have asked for better response to my anxious request to have my brakes repaired asap. I became very worried I might do significant harm to my car if I continued to drive with brakes making grinding noise. I stopped by Monday to discuss and you were able to get my car in on Tuesday with new brakes by end of day. What a relief not to have to worry about this over the Holidays!
