I have had both of my cars serviced here for several years and have always had positive experiences at Modern Collision. At least twice, I have taken my car in thinking there was something wrong and had a no charge repair for something minor like a broken washer. The prices on repairs are fair and they aren't looking to invent problems. Great for someone who doesn't know anything about cars!

Although my first experience with MCRS was not flawless, I was very satisfied with the overall results. The staff was friendly, helpful and created a very pleasing atmosphere. After I came home with my vehicle I noticed a relatively minor problem. When I called to explain my concern the response was exceptionally satisfying. I've had work done by nearly every automotive shop on the Island and I think I may have finally found the one I will go back to exclusively!

I took my car most recently to Modern Collision because it had been in an accident. Right from the start they worked with me and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. My car came back to me like it had never been in an accident at all! Great work!
